Roxanne Hale has been helping clients buy, sell, and build homes since 2000, with a career rooted in residential new construction, builder strategy, and real-world market expertise.
 
She began her real estate career in San Antonio, Texas, specializing in new construction and quickly became one of the top-selling professionals for D.R. Horton, the nation’s largest publicly traded homebuilder. During her time selling on-site, she helped more than 1,000 families build and purchase homes and later served as a National Sales Trainer, traveling across the country to teach sales teams about buyer psychology, community positioning, floorplan strategy, and effective sales systems.
 
Over the years, builders and developers have frequently called on Roxanne to troubleshoot underperforming communities—evaluating pricing, product mix, marketing, buyer experience, and overall sales strategy. Her experience spans everything from community launches to agent training and go-to-market planning for both regional and national builders.
 
In 2008, Roxanne relocated to Alabama, where she became a qualifying broker and worked throughout Birmingham and across the state, opening brokerages, launching new communities, and managing thousands of transactions. Over her career, she has overseen more than 6,000 contracts and mentored more than 100 agents, earning a reputation for clarity, candor, and results.
 
Today, Roxanne works with buyers, sellers, and builders across Birmingham and North Alabama, with a focus on luxury homes, new construction, relocation, and complex life transitions. She regularly assists clients relocating to Alabama as well as families navigating inherited properties, estate sales, and probate situations that require thoughtful guidance and a steady hand.
 
In addition to her client work, Roxanne produces original community and relocation videos and writes Behind the Sign—Where Real Estate Gets Real, offering practical insight into the realities of buying, selling, building, and living in Alabama.
 
She is actively involved in the real estate and building communities through leadership roles with both the Birmingham Association of REALTORS® and the Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders.
 
When she’s not working, Roxanne enjoys writing, reading, spending time with her family, and keeping a small dog who remains completely unimpressed by her résumé.
